Nettpartner AS is owned by Å Energi AS (100%). Together, we are developing a strong and competitive contractor within the construction and operation of sustainable, critical infrastructure. Nettpartner consists of two main units:
Distribution Grid: Works primarily with long-term framework agreements covering operations, maintenance, reinvestments, and on-call/emergency response.
Regional Grid and Development: Has a national focus on the project market, working with both power lines and substations from 22 to 420 kV, as well as emerging markets and growing business areas.

Fiber and broadband
Nettpartner has unique expertise in the assembly, spinning, repair and maintenance of fiber cables on power lines.
Rental
Certified equipment for rent for power line construction and other contracting activities. We deliver, repair and certify.

Nettpartner’s organization consists of approximately 280 employees and operates from 11 locations spread across Norway, along with project-related assignments that are carried out nationally for various grid companies.

In Nettpartner, everyone has a responsibility for health and environmental safety, and we work systematically with preventive measures in all areas of work. Risk assessments are already made when analysing projects and are updated throughout the project. Along with 'Sikker Jobb Analyse’ (Safe Job Analysis) assessments are made with risk-reducing measures to form the foundation of our HSE work.
Nettpartner is NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality policy includes deliveries at the agreed time and high customer satisfaction. Our goals must also ensure that our HSQE and business goals are met.
Nettpartner has a management system that contains instructions, routines, checklists and templates.
The management system is used by the entire organisation. Nettpartner also has systems in place for the registration of incidents and suggestions for improvement.
